Dear MASH Wildcat Families,
We began the week wrapped in fresh snow and end it beneath bright blue skies, a fitting picture of the energy and spirit inside MASH these days. February has turned our school into a true beehive of activity. From a delightful preview of our Spring Musical on Thursday to a full slate of athletic contests, including Girls’ Basketball, our students continue to fill these winter days with life and purpose.
What inspires us most, however, is not only what they do, but who they are becoming. We see it in their perseverance through challenging assessments, in their resilience after setbacks on the court, in their willingness to engage in thoughtful peer mediation, and in the quiet determination they bring to their classrooms each day. They are growing in skill, character, and confidence before our eyes.
Our students look to the adults around them as models for this mindset. Thank you for walking alongside them and us with encouragement and partnership. Together we are helping them make each day count.
In addition to attending our athletic and extracurricular events such as the Spring Musical occuring this weekend - there are additional ways to help partner with us to educate your child. One of those avenues is through your involvement in our second semester conferences.
Semester Two Conferences
Our registration process will open on March 2nd at 4pm. You can expect a communication at 4pm with more detailed information—including scheduling procedures. We look forward to these important opportunities to connect and support student growth together.
Master Schedule 2026-2027 School Year
Rising 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders have inputted their needs/requests into our scheduling system with the assistance of our counselors and their teachers via recommendations. Work will continue throughout March to refine selections and build the master schedule for next school year.
Master Schedule 2027-2028 School Year
We continue to work behind scenes with a variety of stakeholder groups to evolve the future high school schedule. I will keep you posted in future newsletters and communications of our process - including additional ways to provide feedback as a parent/guardian into our program/operations, as well as what future structures will look like.
Thank you for your continued support of our Wildcats. We are grateful for the strong partnership we share with our families and wish you a wonderful weekend ahead.
Sincerely,
Joseph P. Reidy
