🔴 Dot Day
On Monday, September 15, we celebrated Dot Day, inspired by The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds. Thank you to our Art Teacher, Mrs. Shenk, for leading our students in creating the beautiful visual dot display in the lobby. Check out the picture below!
📜 Constitution Day
On Wednesday, September 17, students participated in learning activities about the U.S. Constitution. It was a great way to connect classroom learning to an important moment in our nation’s history.
🔥 Fire Drill Practice
Students will take part in a monthly fire drill on Tuesday, September 23.
🤝 September Community Meeting
On Friday, September 26, at 1:30 p.m., we will gather for our September Community Meeting. We look forward to celebrating students who earned Super Paws this month for Communicating with Respect.
📚 Book Fair is Coming!
Get ready for the Scholastic Book Fair during the week of September 29.
Monday: Preview day for students
Tuesday-Thursday: Shopping Days (homeroom classroom schedule coming soon)
Thursday Evening: Families can shop during Shep Fall Fest from 6-7 PM!

🍁 Shep Fall Fest
Mark your calendars! On Thursday, October 2, from 6-7 PM, join us for Shep Fall Fest. There will be free fun activities and crafts for students and families. Plus, the East Coast Mini Donuts Food Truck will be on site with delicious treats available for purchase.
