Another Busy and Exciting Week at Shepherdstown!
We had another wonderful week filled with learning, celebration, and Wildcat pride! Here are a few highlights from around our school:
Wednesday, October 29: Students gathered for our October Community Meeting, where we celebrated our Super Paw recipients for Acting Responsibly this month! Check out the pictures below!
Together, we talked about what it means to be safe and respectful on the playground and learned more about what bullying is and how we can all help prevent it. We also enjoyed getting to know two very special members of our Shepherdstown team - Ms. Kathy (Head Custodian) and Ms. Gina (Head Cook) - who keep our school running smoothly every day!
Mrs. Walker (School Nurse) shared important reminders about healthy habits for the fall season and discussed our upcoming Code Blue Drill on Friday, November 21, at 12:45 PM. Code Blue is our school medical response team, and this practice drill will help us ensure that staff know how to respond quickly and effectively in the event of a medical emergency.
Friday, October 31: Our classrooms celebrated Fall Festivities with fun and creative classroom events! Students enjoyed activities, crafts, and plenty of smiles as we welcomed the new season together. 🍁🎃
